Lotus Filled Mooncake

I actually made this really long ago. It's called Snowskin Mooncake otherwise know in chinese as Ping Pei Mooncake. The reason I only make these kind of mooncakes is because I enjoy the "skin". This is best eaten cold or at room temperature.
