Cream Cheese Butter cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting. Say cheese? Haha yes, I know you're probably thinking OMG all that cheese..isn't it heavy? Nope it wasn't! In fact it tasted rather fresh because of the freshly grated lemon rind I have infused into the batter. Plus the icing was so fun to play with it looks like it's fit for a princess don't you think?
