I am soooooo happy I perfected these! Ecstatic you might say! when I saw how they came out of the oven maintaining their color and the texture I was in tears of joy. Will definitely be making more of these. However I still need to get the consistency of the filling right. It just came out funny which nearly ruined my entire 2 hours of hard work!
