This was originally suppose to be Pina Colada Cheesecake but obviously living in the UAE makes buying alcohol difficult. Sooooo I had to comes up with a non-alcoholic version although I admit it turned out pretty decent (>.<)

A simple and happy girl who enjoys the little things in life. Baking is one of my passion and I do so with my whole heart. I believe people inspire people and without an inspiration it would have been probably harder for me to push myself further in my bakes.
