I sat one day remembering back when I was in Malaysia I made a nice upside down peach cake but sadly I lost the recipe and got the urge to make it again. So I browsed online for a nice "upside down" cake recipe and tried experimenting with pineapples instead. This is definitely not a cake for diabetics...
