Steamed Chinese Buns a.k.a. Man Tau

I love Flower Buns/Steamed Man Tau dipped in adobo sauce. This has got to be in my top 5 bread list simply because of its fluffiness. This bun is however best eaten on the same day its made and should be steaming hot, like not-holdable-hot. Making them however are a pain in the ass.
