I personally think one of the best cream puffs I have ever taste was in Germany. The outer layer was crispy yet tender and the inside was filled only with sweet whipped cream and inside on the base is a thin layer of strawberry/raspberry jam. This is my mom's ultimate favourite and now I can make her proud by knowing how to make it for her. Yay me!
