One of my ultimate favourite cake is the classic cheesecake. I started loving cheesecakes ever since I had my very first good slice from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. When I get inspired by the taste and presentation of something, it makes me have the urge to make one of my own and be proud of it and that's exactly what you see. =)
