This Cheddar Cheese Cake was and still is an old time favourite of me and my sisters. Our mom would bake this for us whenever she has free time and we would always help her in the kitchen (eventhough its just a sit and watch session =P ). It's wonderful aroma just reminds you of your childhood. Now it has been improved by me but there is a saying that it is just different when your mom makes it. True to that!
