OMEGOSH!!! I DID IT!!! I just made pulled sugar ribbons. Okay so I know its not perfect but it is a start right? I just can't believe I was able to actually achieve the texture despite me not having a sugar thermometer. It was such a joyous moment I did a dance..I hope the neighbors didn't see me...=D..plus I made some dessert. Cherry Mousse with the ribbon deco of course ^-^ Pictures under dessert!
